Why ESIA & ESMS Matter.
Projects of any scale face two parallel requirements. Cumulative & BNG Assessment
Cumulative and induced impact assessment for complex, multi-phase developments. Biodiversity Net Gain assessment using the DEFRA metric, mandatory from 2024 for developments in England.
Disclosure & Approval
Preparation and coordination of disclosure documentation for regulatory authorities, lender technical advisers, and independent environmental and social consultants (IESCs). Support through the approval and conditions process.
ESMS Services
